Where do I start……During my divorce, I tried meditation, aura cleansing, and Reiki. None of it clicked until I met Tammy. Tammy was gracious enough to open up and share her story with me. I was blown away!! She left a very impressive career to follow her passion. On top of that, she shared her very personal and painful story of grief and loss with me. I was able to open up to her and all of her teachings. I can not tell you how much she has helped me. I now meditate regularly. I also use her breath work on a daily basis. As a lifelong skeptic, I will admit I came into my first session with Tammy having doubts about the legitimacy of the reiki discipline. Energy healing was something I had dismissed as 21st century snake oil, but I’ve known Tammy my whole life and trust her, so I came in with an open mind and no expectations. What happened during our first session was completely indescribable by any metric of science that I’m able to comprehend. I don’t personally understand how reiki works, but I can tell you I left our session a believer, and Tammy knows how to channel energy from the ether to heal others. I have been back for more sessions since, and each time I leave feeling renewed and refreshed like someone hit my reset button. I cannot recommend Tammy enough, and I very much look forward to our next session.
