I am grateful for the incredible weekend retreat I spent learning how to meditate. It was filled with relaxation and clarity, and I highly recommend it to anyone. Tammy, the instructor, is full of energy and has a free-spirited nature that makes you feel welcome and at ease. Now that I’ve experienced the benefits of meditation, I can’t imagine my life without it. It has become an important part of my daily routine. Where do I start……During my divorce, I tried meditation, aura cleansing, and Reiki. None of it clicked until I met Tammy. Tammy was gracious enough to open up and share her story with me. I was blown away!! She left a very impressive career to follow her passion. On top of that, she shared her very personal and painful story of grief and loss with me. I was able to open up to her and all of her teachings. I can not tell you how much she has helped me. I now meditate regularly. I also use her breath work on a daily basis. She has given me so many tools to get through daily stress and to continue to grow in all areas of life. I am beyond grateful for all I have learned and so excited to continue my personal growth with Tammy by my side.
